The concept and correspondence of the job title to the Classifier of Professions

We know that one of the components of choosing a profession is our desire. Our personal life, our future and this directly concerns public affairs depend on who exactly we want to be. To make the right choice of profession, we must first decide on a specialty. After all, the specialty is defined as a set of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for their implementation in the relevant profession. And in order to orient ourselves in the scale of positions and professions, the Classifier of Professions will help us in this. In each enterprise, institution, organization of state or private form of ownership, the names of positions and professions must correspond to the State Classification of Professions. In Ukraine, there is a Classifier of Professions DK 003: 2010. It lists all the professions available in the state. Each individual profession or group is assigned a code. If "it so happened" that the staff list of the company found the wrong job title, ie one that does not correspond to the position specified in the Classifier of Professions DK 003: 2010, such an error must be brought in line with the above document. To do this, you need to issue an order for changes in the staff list in order to align the titles of positions and put into effect a new staff list. Accordingly, the structure of the enterprise changes. Also with a change in the staff list to issue an order to transfer the employee to another position, with his consent. The next step will be to make an entry in the employment record book on the transfer of the employee holding this position, to make an entry in the identity card, to issue a new job description. Also enter a new position in the timesheet. The order "On making changes to the staff list", the application of the employee for transfer, the order "On transfer to" another "position", the order "On approval of the" new "job description" are written on one date.

Staff list: code KP 3433 Accountant;

Application for acceptance (transfer): "Please hire me as an accountant…"; "Please transfer me from the position of"… "to the position of accountant from" date "of my own volition, permanently";

Order of acceptance (transfer): "To hire Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich to the position of accountant with a" date "..."; "Transfer Ivanov Ivan Ivanovich from the position of"… "to the position of accountant with" date "…";

Employment contract: The employee is hired by LLC "XXXXXX" for the position (profession) of accountant;

Job description: Accountant;

Labor book: In the 3rd column (Information on employment, transfer…): Accepted as an accountant; Transferred to the position of accountant;

Personal card of the employee: In the IV-th column (Appointment and transfer) Accountant and code KP 3433.

Thus, summarizing the above, the profession gives a certain social and societal status. This is an activity performed for a certain material reward, which gives a person the opportunity to meet their needs, acting as a necessary condition for its comprehensive development. The name of the profession, the position of the employee must sound the same and correct when hiring or transferring to another position in all personnel documents in accordance with the Classifier of Professions DK 003: 2010.
