- compliance with the actual type of activity
- sufficient amount of authorized capital
- long registration time
- lack of sanction lists
- absence of arrears of wage payments
- lack of debt to budgets of all levels
- Registration addresses are not addresses of residential premises
- The registration address is not at the place of mass registration
- availability of valid licenses
- the absence of negative court decisions
- participation and victories in tenders, etc.
