VISION OF THE COMPANY
The vision of the Company is to present the content of the Company's future activities and perspectives. Formation of the Company's Vision is one of the tasks of top management. Vision of the Company is the main and most effective driving force of the business. A formalized approach to shaping the Vision of the Company is filled with the content of two components: Company Ideologies + Imaginary Future. In turn, the Company's Ideology is the Company's Values + the Purpose of the Company. The values of the Company - the main and immutable laws, as a small set of eternal principles that do not require external confirmation, are content for employees and should not be questioned (quick temptation) for financial results or short-term benefits. The purpose of the Company is the fundamental principles of the existence of a business that goes beyond the scope of profit and defines its idealist ideas. The imagined future consists of the following parts: Ambitious, difficult to achieve the goal + A clear representation of the company's appearance after achieving this goal. It is difficult to achieve, an ambitious goal is one of four categories: the target, the common enemy, the pattern for imitation and the internal transformation. A clear representation of the company's appearance after reaching the goal is a picture of how the Company will look after reaching the ambitious goal.
